Shipping Policy

Processing time to create your handcrafted products can take from 2 – 5 business days after your payment is received and accepted. Business days DO NOT include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping within the United States will be shipped based on customer preference via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS priority mail, or USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Packages should arrive within 1 – 3 business days after being shipped. Your tracking information will become active approximately 24hours after your order is shipped.

Scentsense2.0 DOES NOT Ship Internationally.

Scentsense2.0 is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has been shipped and confirmed by the USPS. In these cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS and submitting a claim for their packages that were lost or stolen.

Scentsense2.0 will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment’s tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address. In instances of items opening and spilling during shipment, please submit a photo to scentsence20@icloud.com showing the damaged products.

In cases where the package is returned to sender and Scentsense2.0 is not at fault, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs or if the buyer requests a refund for purchase, there will be a 40% restocking fee. All products are made to order and the products will be destroyed upon return.

If you are requesting a signature confirmation – please indicate as such in the notes section during checkout. Signature confirmation will cost the customer an additional $2.35 and a separate invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address. Packages will not ship until payment is received for signature confirmation.
